It's September 04, 2026. My second pre-release single that I have hated and then loved in the end. A song about my doubts and me pushing through it through my own courage and resilience. A song that represents me from the outside through the inside within me. A song where it was only filled with uncertainty that turned into a reality of this day.
I worked on this beat since January of 2024 of the first part of the song. I didn't know at that time of how else to elevate this. So, I abandoned the beat for a year since 2024 was my year of being a dog dad and brother to Bunnie. January of 2025, I revisited the beat once again. That time with raging hunger for creativity through Thique by Beyonce that truly motivated me and also inspired me to go beyond my comfort zone and take the leap of faith by taking creative and challenging risk of making the second part of the song through house and edm genre. June/July of 2025. I tried recording for this song. Sadly, my voice just wasn't ready, but my priorities had to change too due to the new unexpected addition to the family of Bruno my older brother's dog, so I had to stop again.
The sudden passing of my grandmother/lola from my dad's side created a domino effect to my whole family's lives that it shifted the way I view life itself. The feeling of no being to do anything with constant of setbacks and holding back. I've had enough of it. Through its unpredictability. A sudden burst of fire slowly came out of my chest as I started working and finishing this song in June of 2026 till August of 2026.
This song represents the courage of embracing the truest self of me that I've buried over and over again. Working on this song gave me a sense of new self worth not just as a person, but as a working independent artist. This moment will be my start of being the fighter for my exisctence and my artistry. I hope that this song can give you all the drive to chase all of your lifelong dreams and goals in life once you're all mentally, emotionally, and physically ready to really fight and work for it with every passion you have for yourselves once the timing feels so right.
I hope this journey can also be the way for me to be potential shoulder for all of you my potential fans or just potential casual listeners through my expression of my art through my future upcoming songs the same way all the artists that have inspired me did to my life.
